How we work, in plain English.
Can you build a web app, not just a website?
Yes — client portals, internal tools, booking and quoting systems, and logged-in products. We design the flows as something you can click through first, so you can test the idea before committing to the build. You get the code and the design files either way.
What does "AI built in" actually mean for an online shop?
Concrete things, not a chatbot bolted on the corner. Search that understands what a customer means rather than matching keywords, recommendations that raise basket size, product copy generated from your own data, and support that answers the repeat questions before a human has to. We only add it where it earns its place.
Do you build mobile apps for iOS and Android?
Yes. We start with a clickable prototype so you can hold the thing and change your mind while changing it is still cheap, then build for both platforms. If a well-built mobile site would serve you better than an app, we will say so.
How long does a project take?
A straightforward marketing site goes live within 2 to 4 weeks of kick-off. Applications, stores and mobile apps get a dated plan before any money changes hands, so you know the milestones up front. What you sign off is what ships.
Do we own the design files and code?
Yes. Every project includes the full design files and code, so it is yours to keep. You can move it to any developer or host at any time — no page-builder lock-in, no hostage-taking.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes — we work UK-wide and most projects run remotely. The studio is in Egham, Surrey (near Heathrow), so we can get to you when a project genuinely needs people in a room.
