LandlordAssist
LandlordAssist is a UK proptech platform: an always-on AI agent that handles compliance tracking, legal drafting, tenant communication and maintenance for landlords. We designed and built the brand, the marketing site and the product behind it, and we host and manage it.
The challenge
Landlords are buried in compliance deadlines, legal notices and maintenance fires, and the product solves a lot at once, which makes it easy to over-explain. The site had to make a broad, capable AI agent feel simple and reassuring. It needed to land the relief it offers without drowning people in features, and present clear pricing and a credible UK-data-residency story for a regulated product still in beta.
Our approach
We built the brand and a clean, minimalist site that frames the agent around four plain pain-points (compliance, finances, legal, maintenance) and leads with relief rather than technology. Clear tiered pricing, a GDPR and UK-data-residency story, and a waitlist flow all suit a product in beta, while the product interface keeps a powerful AI agent feeling calm and in-control for the landlord. We run the secure hosting and business email so the platform stays fast, safe and looked-after.
